Commercial Assistant

In this versatile position you are responsible for supporting our account managers. With pleasure you ensure that they can do the things they are good at, namely buying and selling. In turn, you do what you are good at, namely ensure that the processing of the purchase or sale is also taken care of down to the last detail.

What does your job look like?

To ensure that your work runs smoothly, you will maintain contacts with your colleagues from all kinds of specializations. It is a position with a lot of interaction, great responsibility and great freedom. You organize your own work and understand what it takes to make things run smoothly. You oversee the entire process within our company and assist where necessary. The emphasis will be on processing all kinds of data and information related to the order process. Depending on your interests and competences, you will be part of one or more project teams.

You will perform the following tasks, among others:

  • Commercial activities; such as making quotation
  • Processing varied orders
  • Maintaining contact with customers, internal colleagues and suppliers

What are we looking for?

  • HBO work and thinking level, preferably an administrative / financial education
  • Good communication skills and a listening ear
  • Accurate, analytical, dealing with details, strong communicator and investigative
  • Good mastery of the Dutch and English language, in both word and writing
  • Experience is an advantage; curiosity is more important
