We are looking for a Morocco Specialist who will be responsible for our purchasing and collaboration with growers in Morocco and Tunisia.

What will you do?

As a Morocco Specialist, you are our eyes and ears in the market. You build strong relationships, closely monitor market developments, and turn opportunities into concrete collaborations. You will:

• Build strong relationships with growers and partners in Morocco and Tunisia;
• Identify opportunities and developments in the region;
• Ensure the quality, availability, and reliability of products;
• Visit growers and suppliers several times a year;
• Work closely with our sourcing, quality, and sales teams;
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and long-term partnerships.

What are we looking for?

• You have several years of work experience, preferably in the fresh produce sector (experience in fruits and vegetables is a plus);
• You feel strongly connected to Moroccan culture and traditions;
• You are fluent in French and Dutch;
• You are independent, commercially driven, and enjoy traveling;
• You are a true relationship builder with a keen eye for quality and relationship management.
