As a Finance & Control employee you are an important link within our team. Within the financial department you help with the administration and the optimization of the financial process within Chainn. You will join a committed team of 21 colleagues, including five Finance & Control employees.

What does your position look like?

You collect, organize and register the financial data of our company in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (our ERP package). You help with the debtor and creditor administration, make various declarations and ensure that the transactions are booked correctly. Depending on your interests and competences, you will be part of one or more project teams.

You will perform the following tasks, among others:

  • Ledger administration
  • Contribute to the annual plan of the financial department
  • Ensuring a timely and correct turnover tax return
  • Monitoring the creditor process
  • Actively contribute to the more efficient organization of the administrative process
  • Drafting various reports and sharing with internal stakeholders

What are we looking for?

  • HBO work and thinking level, preferably an administrative / financial education
  • Good communication skills with a listening ear
  • Accurate, analytical, dealing with details, strong communicator and investigative
  • Good mastery of the Dutch and English language, in both word and writing
  • Experience is an advantage, eagerness to learn is more important
